Rules, Terms of Service and User Acceptable Policy
You must not have the following content or links:
- Any and all ILLEGAL stuff that infringes property rights such as: illegal scripts, copyrighted media files (audio & video), etc.
- Backup Your Home Computer
- Adult and/or obscene photos
- Hate sites, Racist sites, Anti-God sites
- Pirated software
- Hacking programs or archives
- Warez, Proxy, Image hosting, File hosting Sites
- Mass Email
- Large Download Files / Download Directories
- Large Image Files (no image files greater than 600 x 400 in size)
- MPEG’s and MP3’s (and other media files)
- Streaming Video and Audio (when hosted on other server, it’s fine)
- Spamming Software
- Background-running programs
- IRCs/Bots/Viruses
- Greymatter, Xmb, Ikonboard and Ultimate message boards
- Torrents, Torrentflux, Rapidleech or similar
- Limit download files to 500kb maximum
- No script may use more than 5% of server resources.
- No script that uses a flat-file database (such as but not limited to cutenews, xmb)
- You have to backup your own files and databases. I am not responsible for any file or data loss.
Banned WordPress Plugins:
- WassUp or any statistics plugin which pings the server every time you or your visitor executes a new click or a visitor comes to the site
- Global Translator
- Lancelhoff wordpress translator
- Backlink
- SpamShiv Spam Protection
- WP Explorer
- do NOT use Wp Cache, Super Cache, or Hyper Cache TOGETHER
Abusive Hostees / memberele
We have zero tolerance for abusive language and/or abusive behavior towards us and/or service we provide and/or our staff. Any customer deemed at our sole discretion to be abusive to us and/or service we provide and/or our staff will result in immediate irrevocable account termination without any refund. Threats to sue, slander, libel, etc., are all considered forms of abuse and will result in immediate irrevocable account termination.
Pinay Mommies Community may at it’s discretion suspend or terminate service of any member that is abusive/harassing to Pinay Mommies Community and/or Pinay Mommies Community members. Examples of such activity include, but are not limited to:
* Verbal abuse – cursing, yelling, threatening, etc…
* Ongoing disregard for warnings or notices
* Consistent mistakes/errors/changes causing unnecessary workload
* Spamming Pinay Mommies Community email addresses, ticket systems, or servers
* Continuous involvement in flood/DDOS activity, hacked services, or other ongoing non-permitted usage
* Consistent late responses
* Continuous activation of problematic end-users
* Activity which affects the service(s) of other Pinay Mommies Community members.
